Every hat is made when you order it, so we can't take returns or exchanges. If yours arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it.
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card. We keep only what's needed to make and ship your order, and we don't sell or share it.
